  • In a Scale Plan, you can add a fully-functional E-commerce shopping cart. It can integrate directly with Stripe, PayPal, as well as other payment gateways to make it easy for customers to buy directly from your website and for you to get paid.

There are no extra hidden charges until your 12-month subscription is up. After this time, you’ll be charged for extra costs. After 12 months, if you wish to buy the entire website including all files and images, you need to pay $2500 NZD + GST.

First, you need to select a plan. Then, fill in the forms and select a template.

Next, you have to provide basic information about your business. You can also choose what content and media plans suit to your website. Once you are done providing this information, we will require confirmation before proceeding with web development.

Once we have the site ready we will send you a link via email or you can check the site status via the web development dashboard.

We will provide an hour long training session via skype or any other video call app to show you the ropes.

Finally, we will send you one final email to let you know that the web development is completed. Note that we are only allowed to revise the design once, extra charges will apply for more revisions.

You can cancel after  your 12- month subscription.

No, we don’t do customisation on any existing sites. We simply create and strategise a new one for you.

No. We have drag and drop page builder so you can make changes without coding. Also, we will set a training session to show you how you want to modify the content of your website.

Yes. We are going to design your website based on your chosen template. We have our experienced design team to help and assist you every step of the way.

Note: When you choose a template design we can change the colour scheme, fonts, and images for you but we do not edit the layout of the website. However, when we do the training with you, we will show you how to do simple tweaks that you want to make for your website.

Yes. Hosting and maintenance are included. Check out our Hosting Plans and Maintenance Plans.

Do not worry! Our support team will help you to fix with any technical issues. We also provide an assistance to maintain, scale and extend existing websites and web applications.

Yes. We offer unlimited custom pages to all website plan.

We will provide training for you. Once the training is done, you can modify whatever you want in your website as you wish.

Once the process has started, you cannot change your selected template. If you would like to change it, you can email our technical support at [email protected] or call us at 09 300 5138 for further assistance.

Yes. If you happen to choose our Startup plan, you can always upgrade it. You may check out our Subscription Sites for more options.

No. This is only available as part of the Scale Plan.

Yes definitely. We will help you select the best domain for your business. Check out our Domain Plans.

Yes. We are a subscription-based service provider. You own all the content on your website, however, you need to pay the subscription to use the platform we have created for you or you can buy the entire website from us.

If you choose to continue with our services you can:

  1. Pay for the best quality website as per your preferred mode of payment.
  2. Have the assurance that you won’t have any extra costs or hidden fees for support on ongoing maintenance.

GROWTH PLAN – consists of multiple pages and is also popular for small businesses

Yes absolutely! You are also able to edit your own website so if you need to change something quickly, you can do it on your own. We will provide a training session for you via skype video call.

You don’t have to worry about technical issues, if you ever need help doing anything on your website, you can contact us directly through phone and we will help you without any extra cost.

Yes. As you go with us, you can choose which Content Plan is suitable to your website.

We will migrate the contents from your old website. We may ask you an access of your old website to do the process. Check out our Content Plans for more options.

Every project is different so there is no set timeline but usually we finished it in 10 days . We will give you a detailed timeline before we begin any work.

In terms of editing, it is up to you how will you modify it and that is why we will provide you with training so you can add or change it by yourself.

Once we have the site ready, we will send you a link via email or you can check its status on the web development dashboard. We will ask for your approval to make sure everything is the way it should be then, it’s time to go live. This involves either moving your domain to your new host or pointing your URL to your new site.
