Next, you have to provide basic information about your business and that’s it, your website is ready. 

Any plan can be cancelled any time. 

We can host and maintain your WordPress website and any custom work can be done on your site. Custom sites cannot be added to a subscription website plan. 

Absolutely not! Our pro editor page builder gives you the ability to edit any page very easily. Its a easy to use drag and drop page builder. We also provide a 1 hour training session to show you how to edit your website.

Our Startup Plan is only $99 $79 a month +GST.

Yes. We are going to design your website based on your chosen template. 

Note: When you choose a template design we can change the colour scheme and images for you but we do not edit the layout of the website. However, during the training session, we will show you how to make simple changes to your website.

Yes, hosting is included. 

Don’t worry! Our support team will help you to fix any technical issues. The system is managed and maintained by our team so you don’t need to worry about anything.

The Start-up plan is limited to 1 page.

The Growth plan can have up to 7 pages.

The Scale plan can have an unlimited number of pages added to the site. 

During the 1 hour training session our team can help with some minor design changes. Once the training is done, you can modify whatever you want on your website.

Templates can be changed but this will require the site content to be imported and migration is not included.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your accounts page. 

No. This is only available as part of the Scale plan.

Yes. If you wish to buy the entire website including all files and images, and host it yourself you will need to pay $2500 NZD + GST.

We are a subscription-based website service provider. You own all the content on your website, however, you need to pay the subscription to use the platform.

It will depend on your preferences and what you want to achieve with your website.

STARTUP PLAN – is a one page website for small businesses with a small amount of content

GROWTH PLAN – consists of multiple pages and is also popular for small businesses

SCALE PLAN – consists of multiple pages; it is an e-commerce website intended for critical businesses

Yes absolutely! You are able to edit your own website so if you need to change something quickly, you can do it on your own. We will provide a training session for you via a skype video call.

You have editor access to the website and all pages can be edited. However, there there is no administrator access for third party developers to edit or add custom functions to the website. 

You don’t have to worry about technical issues, if you ever need help doing anything on your website, you can contact us directly and we will help you at no additional extra cost.

Yes. Please contact us and our team of content writers can help you with the content.

We will migrate the content from your old website – only the content which can be added without changing the new template will be moved. We may ask you for access to your old website for this process. 

Your website is ready as soon as the content is added to the website. 

Here is a rough guide to the timeline:

  1. Your website is ready within minutes of your signup and content can be added directly. 
  2. Within 2 -5 working days we will have the customisation and migration completed. 
  3. Training happens within 5 days. 
  4. The site can go live the same day.
